Govinda appears to have lost tonnes of weight after following an ayurvedic diet. He says, "I believe in a complete balanced diet, eating the right food at the right time in the correct quantity.
My early morning breakfast is the heaviest meal of the day which consists of lots of fruits and vegetables, brown bread toast and eggs. It keeps me well fed for the entire day.
I don't eat lunch and dinner. I usually have a meal in the evening between 6 and 7 pm, which includes the special ayurvedic food cooked by me with rotis and green vegetables salad. My favourite ayurvedic dish is steamed palak rolls."
