Weighty issue
I do functional or weight training three or four times a week. Three days a week, I do cardio in theu00a0 form ofu00a0 yogau00a0 or dance for two hours. I thoroughly enjoy dancing because it is therapeutic for me and helps me unwind. It's a good break from the monotonous treadmill. But I know that I can'tu00a0 dance my way to a slim figure, so I make sure I team it up with other exercises and a healthy diet.
Food fundas
I eat every two hours so as to increase my metabolism rate. I start my day with a healthy breakfast that could comprise ofu00a0 egg whites, oatmeal, apples. I eat a full lunch and keep my dinners simple. Soups, salads, bajre ki rotis do the trick for me. I'm fond of sweets so I do indulge sometimes, but I eat them in moderation. That's the key to staying in shape.u00a0
