Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor's ex-husband Sunjay Kapur is reportedly set to tie the knot with rumoured girlfriend Priya Sachdev next month in New York.

According to a report in Times of India, Sunjay Kapur and Priya Sachdev will get married in a civil ceremony in New York in April. Only close family members and friends are expected to attend the wedding.

A source told the newspaper, "Both Sunjay and his family do not want to talk about the wedding. The divorce battle wasn't easy for them. It will be just a civil ceremony in New York and only close friends who have known Sunjay and the family for years are aware of this."

Sunjay Kapur and Karisma Kapoor were granted divorce by a family court in Mumbai in June last year. Priya Sachdev was earlier married to hotelier Vikram Chatwal.
