"I don't think anybody has any boundaries today on social media. Very honestly, I think there is nothing like honesty on the net in any case. All you guys have become so brave on the net because no one has a face today," John told reporters.

When asked what he thought of the video, which has been slammed by certain sections, the 'Dhoom' star evaded a direct reply but spoke about the situation on social media in general.

John was speaking at the trailer launch of his upcoming film 'Dishoom'. The film, directed by Rohit Dhawan, also stars Varun Dhawan, Jacqueline Fernandez and Akshaye Khanna in the lead roles.

The actor feels it is "fantastic" to tackle faceless people on the Internet.

"It's fantastic to combat faceless people on the net. Congratulations to all those on the social media," he said.

'Dishoom' is scheduled to release on July 29.
