Salman Khan and Prem have always been synonymous with each other. Prem has been the name of Sallu's characters in most of his films (Maine Pyar Kiya, Hum Aapke Hain Kaun, Maine Pyar Kyun Kiya and Partner). Chandraprakash Dwivedi has been trying to get his project on the life of Asoka starring Amitabh Bachchan, Arjun Rampal and Tabu rolling for a long time. Sources reveal that the biopic on Asoka will be made on a huge budget and will be shot using special effects.

However, Dwivedi has been facing a major hurdle with Bachchan not confirming his dates to the filmmaker.
A source reveals, "It's a Catch-22 situation because Dwivedi is making all preparations thinking Bachchan will be part of the project. However, the latter hasn't committed to the film so far."

Asin and her 'favourite' co-star, the usually reclusive Ajay Devgan were part of the jury at a beauty pageant over the weekend. Going by the way the Ghajini actress and Devgan were chatting away it looked like they were long-lost dosts. The two star together in London Dreams.
