Playback singer Sonu Niigaam, who still looks fit as a fiddle, admits that he is a foodie and if he wants he can easily gain a lot of calories.

"I love to eat. I control myself. If I want, then my weight can shoot up to 20 kg more. I control myself a lot," the 38-year-old said here at a launch function of the Mangiamo Restaurant. Sonu's list of favourite cuisines is as wide and as delectable as possible.
"I like Italian, Japanese, Lebanese, Indian. In Indian food, I like both North and South Indian food. I like Gujarati, Rajasthani, Bengali food. So, I love to eat," said Sonu, who started his singing career at the age of 19 and tasted success with the song "Sandese aate hain" from "Border".
Sonu was recently in news because of his son Neevan's version of Tamil-English number "Kolaveri Di".
Sonu's next song is for Karan Johar's forthcoming production "Agneepath". He is also working on an English album "Spirit Unfolding".
