The former besties, who were apparently not on talking terms for quite some time now, seem to be making efforts to resolve their differences.

Karan Johar and Kajol were seen sitting next to each other at the inauguration of a city hospital on Saturday evening, which was attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

A source said, “They were talking cordially to each other, almost six months after their fallout. The obvious discomfort between them at various events earlier wasn’t there at this programme. Before it began, Kajol was smiling, probably at some of Karan’s jokes.”

The last time the two old pals, who have shared a two decade-long relationship, were seen at a public event was at Manish Malhotra’s fashion show in August this year. However, they reportedly did not speak to each other and sat far from each other.
