Harshvardhan Rane who plays an army officer in J P Dutta's Paltan is quite a simpleton in real life. The handsome hunk, who had a humble upbringing during his growing up years in Gwalior, could well relate to the things he had experienced while shooting for the forthcoming war drama.
The actor who plays an officer close to his roots in Paltan, recently had a field day on the sets of the movie and indulged in several on-ground activities as part of his character preparations including crop cutting and chopping them in the machine, feeding the cattle and collecting the cow dung and making dung cakes out of them which is used for cooking in villages.
