TV Actor Sammir Dattani was recently seen going all out to promote a yoga camp at Malabar Hill. However, yoga is not the only way he keeps himself fit. He lets us in on all the things he does to keep his body healthy:
Yoga
I am a sincere advocate of yoga; I follow it thrice a week. I've been practising yoga for the last two-three years. Yoga relaxes me when I'm stressed. It also gives me energy.
Roller skating
I've been roller-skating for ages. Before turning to acting, I was a national-level roller skater. I have also won many awards at the all-India level. I simply love it.
Gyming
I go gyming four-days a week. I believe taking care of my body and I am very conscious about working out regularly to keep it looking toned and healthy.
Swimming
With my busy schedule, I try to go swimming at least once a week. I think that swimming is a complete workout.
Running
Unlike others, I think that running can be quite exhilarating. It is an ideal remedy for stress. I just put on a nice smart track suit, with my favorite music on my iPod and just take off.
