After the newly-crowned IPL champions Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) team was felicitated at a gala ceremony at the Eden Gardens here Tuesday, its co-owner and Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan said he felt like he had won the hearts of Kolkatans after a wait of four years
"It is a humble moment, I must say. For the last four seasons, all the KKR players and our families were moving with a desire to win the cup.

We had all come from different states -- some had come from Mumbai, Gujarat, Delhi -- and made this city our home. So we wanted to win the hearts of the Kolkatans. Today I felt that I had won the heart of Kolkata," he told a news channel.
Khan along with the KKR team was felicitated by West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee for winning the Indian Premier League (IPL) tournament.
"After all this, suddenly we all are feeling hollow from inside. There is feeling that what we will do now," said the actor, who is also Bengal's brand ambassador.
With a frenzied crowd of thousands cheering on, KKR took a victory parade from south Kolkata's Hazra Crossing on a flower-bedecked open top trailer.u00a0Around 70,000 gathered at the Eden Gardens where the team was given a civic reception while 20,000-30,000 stood outside to have a glimpse of the team.
