Remember Nihaar Pandya? Deepika Padukone's rumoured boyfriend during her struggling days over a decade ago? He is finally Bollywood-bound. He features in the Kangana Ranaut-starrer Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi as Bajirao II. When Dippy shifted to Mumbai from hometown Bengaluru, the two were said to be in a live-in relationship. Deepika bagged Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Om Shanti Om (2007) while Nihar got left behind.

There was talk that buddy Himesh Reshammiya would launch him after he featured in the I Love You Sayonee music video. Later, Nihar was rumoured to be in a relationship with Gauahar Khan. He would often be spotted in the company of Salman Khan and did a cameo in his film Marigold (2007). Better late than never
for Nihar.
