A Magistrate in suburban Kurla rejected the complaint saying no offence had been made out against the film which is slated for release on November 20.
Meanwhile, a petition was today filed with Bombay High Court by a person, Mohammed Ali, saying two songs in the film hurt sentiments of the Muslim community.
The petitioner said religious phrases -- Shukran Allah and Alhumdulillah -- have been used in songs in an "inappropriate manner".
One song in which these phrases have been used, has a romantic sequence while another presents a terrorist character, which projects Islam in a wrong way, he said.
The petition is scheduled to come up for hearing tomorrow.
