Priyanka Chopra has been named jury member of the 16th Tribeca Film Festival, which was co-founded by Hollywood star Robert De Niro. Joining her on the panel will be Spiderman actor Willem Dafoe, 'Breaking Bad' star Jesse Plemons and Melanie Lynskey (Rose from popular sitcom 'Two And A Half Men') among a few filmmakers.
The 34-year-old star, who became America's sweetheart with her role of Alex Parrish in 'Quantico', will judge the documentary and student visionary competitions alongside Olivia Thirlby ('Juno'), Ryan Eggold ('The Blacklist') and Brendan Fraser ('The Mummy').
The 12-day fest, which kicks off on April 19, will have an awards ceremony on April 27 at the BMCC Tribeca Performing Arts Centre.
