Bollywood star Akshay Kumar revealed in an event held for the promotion of his film 'Toilet Ek Prem Katha' that the film had a totally different title

Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar is leaving no stones unturned in promoting his film 'Toilet-Ek Prem Katha' and he has taken it upon himself to education people about the need for sanitation and the need for toilets in this country. In a recently held event in Mumbai, Akshay Kumar lauded the work of the city's clean-up marshalls and offered them a listening ear to their problems.

Akshay further added how the onus is on every citizen to keep the city clean. Furthermore Akshay Kumar revealed that the original title of the film was 'Sandas (Toilet in Hindi) - Ek Prem Katha'. He also said that a lot of people said no to the film and turned it down and the script was doing rounds for four years. The Khiladi Kumar also added that he would love for Prime Minister Narendra Modi to see his film, but since he is busy looking after the country, he can watch the film later. Akshay Kumar even thank Jagran group and Radio City for their initiative.
'Toilet -Ek Prem Katha' also stars Bhumi Pednekar and will release on August 11. The movie is said to be based on Narendra Modi's 'Swacch Bharat Abhiyaan'.
