Sharing his thoughts on his blog, the National Award winner expressed that “the art of public appearance has taken on a select different engagement. Guided and conducted by efficient managers of the talent”.

“Artistes now get paid considerations, for their presence. Paid for speeches and visits and so on. That is a given matter now."

"Politeness and obligation of the past does not reflect in today’s time. And there is an instruct for those that manage them to negotiate the value of the presence... Nothing wrong. But there are some that refrain from it,” the “Wazir” actor added.

Sharing that most politicians and talented people in the west undergo the same treatment, Big B added that the source of earning increases “when retired public figure is invited to functions and events for their very experienced views on any particular subject or faith".

“It is delicate and sensitive, but also practical and in the times of today,” he added.
