Hrithik's Kites co-star Mori plays Indian bride for Mexican editionof an international mag

Barbara Mori has carried her Indian connection back home. The Kites actress has posed as an Indian bride on the cover of OK! Mexico.

Dressed up in a blue choli and wearing bangles, jhumkas and other accessories, Barbara looks no less than an Indian dulhan.

In a candid interview to OK!, Barbara confesses that she's single for the first time in her life. The headline on the cover of the magazine that reads 'Por primera vez estoy soltera' translates as 'For the first time, I am single'.

After heading back home Barbara attended the San Diego Latino festival with her son Sergio Jr. Early this month, she also attended a screening of the movie Cosas Insignificante in Mexico City.

At the moment, Barbara is working on a project along with her ex- boyfriend Jose Maru00eda Torre titled Caida Libre.

Apart from this film, she will also be seen in director Ignacio Argiru00f3's last movie The Robbery of The Soccer A soccer comedy in which Mori plays an important part.

Things you didn't know...

Barbara was diagnosed with an early stage of breast cancer a year back. However, she underwent treatment and is completely cancer-free. Now she supports charities in the fight against breast cancer in Mexico.

She is half Mexican, one fourth Japanese, one fourth Uruguayan.

Her father is half Japanese and half Uruguayan, Her mother is Mexican.

Barbara's parents divorced when she was three years old; she later moved to Mexico.

She worked as a waitress when she was 14.

Barbara has a love child from Mexican actor Sergio Mayer named Sergio Jr (above). Barbara met the actor when she was barely 20. They did not tie the knot as she moved on to acting in Mexican telenovellas.

She has several tattooes on her body, one on her upper arm, one on her ankle and the latest, a Star of David which she got along with Hrithik and Sussanne roshan.
