His latest discovery is Anurita Jha, who features in the upcoming film, 'Baraat Company'. Anurita bumped into Kashyap while attending a masterclass, moderated by filmmaker Sudhir Mishra. This was the time when Anurag was in the process of writing 'Gangs Of Wasseypur'. Says Anurita, "I am thankful to Anurag for seeing the potential that even I wasn't aware of."
After working in 'Gangs of Wasseypur', Anurita also did 'Jugni' and a Maithili film, 'Mithila Makhaan'.
