Actor Anupam Kher has narrated the trials and tribulations of Kashmiri Pandits, who had to flee the valley in 1990, in a poem.
The 61-year-old actor posted a video of a protest poem on Twitter, titled "Phailega Humara Maun".
"27yrs on we #KashmiriPandits are still refugees in our own country. A protest poem about their #SilentScream. Do share," Kher wrote.

Almost three decades ago, lakhs of Kashmiri Pandits had to flee the valley due to the outbreak of terrorism and relocated in different parts of the country.

The video has been directed by CBFC member Ashoke Pandit and background score is credited to veteran music composer, Bappi Lahiri.
