In his last release, 'Airlift', the star had essayed the role of a braveheart businessman who leads his countrymen’s evacuation from Kuwait after invasion by Saddam Hussein’s Iraq.
Akshay wrote, "@Sushma Swaraj Ma’am request for speedy measures and actions to evacuate Indians stranded in Sudan. Prayers with them."
Known for her prompt replies, Swaraj assured Akshay that necessary measures have been initiated.
