While her film may not have set the cash registers ringing, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has been honoured with the Best Performance Female at the International Film Festival and Awards of Australia (IFFAA) for Sarbjit.

The Bachchan bahu was nominated along with Priyanka Chopra (Jai Gangaajal), Katrina Kaif (Baar Baar Dekho), Vidya Balan (Kahaani 2), Alia Bhatt (Udta Punjab), Anushka Sharma (Sultan) and Sonam Kapoor (Neerja). Several Bollywood stars are slated to fly down for the awards ceremony in Sydney in May.
