Hyderabad saw A R Rahman performing live in concert for the first time in the city since his win at the Academy Awards.
The net proceeds from the concert will be donated to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund for providing assistance to flood victims.
Rahman, often called the Mozart of Madras, performed to a capacity crowd of 50,000.
Adding a unique flavour was an ensemble of talented playback singers and renowned musicians performing along with A R Rahman including Sivamani, Chitra, Blaaze, Benny Dayal, Sadhana Sargam, Rashid Ali, Shweta Pandit and Neeti Mohan among others.
