Sooraj Pancholi is having a tough time getting into shape for Prabhu Dheva's next, which goes on the floors next month. After having shed three kilos to entertain the audience at Salman Khan's Da-Bangg Tour in London, the actor now has to gain five kilos for his part in Dheva's film.

"Apart from abiding to my workout routine, I would also practise for the show twice a day. Since my act involved high jumps and complex moves, I lost weight to ensure I was flexible enough to pull them off. Now, I need to put on weight for Prabhu Dheva's film. I need to bulk up for the action sequences, which will be filmed in the first shooting schedule," Pancholi tells mid-day.

While sudden fluctuations in weight can be harmful, the actor says he is careful with his regimen. "I have been working out under the supervision of experts and have been exercising correctly. I do not overeat and follow a high-carb diet," says the actor, adding that his mentor, Khan, also gives him fitness tips.

"He is always there to guide me." In a previous interview to mid-day, Pancholi had stated that he was learning tap dance and B-boying for his role.
