Aditya Narayan: We abuse and it becomes breaking news

Singer Aditya Narayan recently got into a scuffle with an airline's staff at Raipur. The video of which surfaced the Internet and the singer is seen talking to the staff member in a foul language, where he's threatening to pull off the staff's pant. Reportedly, the singer-host was asked to pay a fine for carrying excess baggage and this is what left Aditya red-faced and was allowed to board the flight only after he apologised to the staff.

After a huge hullabaloo, Aditya, himself took to Facebook to write about this incident. He shared one of the news video and wrote, “Tum gaali do toh normal baat... Aur hum dede toh... #breakingNews. (When you abuse, it's normal, but when we abuse it becomes breaking news)” However, he deleted the post in no time.

According to the airline, Narayan was asked to pay Rs 13,000 for the excess baggage, which he refused and thereafter used "unparliamentary language" with a female staff member of the airline. "He refused to pay... and also used unparliamentary language with a female staff member," Ajay Jasra, Director Corporate Communications, IndiGo Airlines, told IANS in New Delhi.

"Narayan was informed that if he continues to misbehave then he will not be allowed to travel. Later, passenger Narayan apologised to the ground staff and thereafter was given his boarding card."

The singer was at Raipur to perform at one of the events.
