It is being said that Rajkumar Hirani’s P.K. still has some portions that haven’t been shot. The director, who takes his own share of time for postproduction, is apparently struggling to finish the film’s shoot on time. The film is slated to release on December 19.

A source close to the production house says, “Shooting for the remaining portions can only start once Aamir Khan loses weight since this is the part where he needs to have a toned body. So yes, a some portions of the film are yet to be shot and it looks like this will happen only shot in August or September.”

However, another source says that the shoot was anyway supposed to take place in August-September. “There is also a song that needs to be shot; it will be filmed across India. The remaining sequences will be shot in Delhi. Only Aamir Khan’s portions are left,” says this source.

It is being said that the director is already busy with the postproduction of the portions that have been shot, as he doesn’t want to waste time by shooting the entire film first and then starting its postproduction. But once the film’s shooting is done in September, its final postproduction work will start to get the film ready for its release in December.

When contacted, the director’s spokesperson said, “Yes, we are shooting some portions of the film in September. We have around 10 to 15 days’ shoot left.”
