However, if you wish to follow trends blindly, the city’s weather now is just right to try these on.
Brands such as Prada, Celine, Isabel Marant and Marc Jacobs have showcased couture versions made using metallic materials, rhinestones, and soft leather, and even versions of the humble hiking sandals made edgy with platforms.
Spending a bomb on these feels like crime, so go DIY instead with studs, lace or beads and make fancy ones of your own.
