The world's largest travelling film festival received an overwhelming response in Dehradun and Meerut. In-conversation with Divya Dutta was extremely interactive and filled with anecdotes on how she landed some roles. Inaamulhaq's In-conversation highlighted how he broke getting type-casted and his journey on his writing and acting roles. An engaging and house-full Masterclass by well-known actor Parul Gulati was organized which witnessed a discussion on why it was worth refusing the roles that she did that allowed her to reach at a higher pedestal today.

In-conversation by Rajesh Tailang in Meerut was a packed audience show and advised aspirant actors to prepare themselves before landing up in Mumbai. You get in action mode and don't really have time to work on yourself when in Mumbai. India premiere of international award-winning short film Zoya received an extremely good response from the audience. In Meerut, Shefali Shah also talked about how the audience was always mature but risk appetite of content creators has increased and edgier content is coming across.

Jagran Film Festival started in Delhi from July 18 and has travelled to Kanpur, Lucknow, Prayagraj, Varanasi, Patna, Gorakhpur, Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Dehradun and Meerut. The festival will now travel to Bhopal and Indore through Agra, Hisar, Jalandhar and Raipur. The travelling festival will culminate on September 29 in Mumbai.
