The makers of Swara Bhaskar-starrer 'Anarkali of Aarah' have given in to the demands of the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) to replace a mention of superstar Amitabh Bachchan and the late Amrish Puri in a dialogue, fearing it might hurt sentiments. The duo's names come up in a confrontational scene between Swara and Sanjay Mishra.

The scene in question has Sanjay's character say, "Agar tum Amitabh Bachchan ban kar aayee, toh chahti ho ke hum Amrish Puri bann jaaye."
The makers were not keen to go through the rigmarole of the Revising Committee and have now replaced Bachchan's name with "aaye baaye" while Puri's mention has been tweaked to "daaye baaye".
Eleven cuts were suggested by the Board. Says a source, "The CBFC had a problem with Sundar kaand, so it has now been replaced with lovely kaand."
