With a vision of reshaping the education sector across India, a group of entrepreneurs from Ludhiana embarked on a transformative journey. It all started in 2009 when Milan Hans founded Smartway Media Pvt. Ltd., a company providing web design, logo creation, and online marketing services. Despite achieving global success, the team sought a more impactful venture.

However, as the saying goes, “Whatever happens, happens for good.” A casual conversation between Milan Hans and Kawalpreet (Co-Founder) sparked an idea that could change everything. Milan identified a significant market gap: the limited use of digital tools to enhance communication between schools and parents. Milan, along with his team including Jashan Hans and Harmanjot Sidhu, and the development team, set out to create a solution tailored for schools and educational institutions.
To launch their ambitious project, Milan sold his car and borrowed funds from his father. With these resources, the team began their dream project in 2016. Their journey was filled with obstacles such as limited resources, slow progress, and a pandemic that tested their resolve. Despite these challenges, they persisted and rebranded during the pandemic, relaunching as “Class ON” in 2020.
