A successfully designed and implemented a global parts master data system with near real-time ingestion, enhancing procurement efficiency for over $1B in annual field parts purchases, was underscored. By introducing modern features like SQL co-pilot, auto ML, and zero ETL, he increased adoption of the enterprise data platform, improving data accessibility and driving organizational efficiency across departments.

Major challenges that he faced include prolonged contract processing times, which he resolved by implementing an event-driven integration system, reducing delays from 45 days to 5. He also overcame resistance to modern data platforms by simplifying adoption and conducting training sessions. Shreesha has also authored  a paper ‘Implementing OperationalMaster Data Management To Govern Business Critical Master Data For Large Global Enterprise’, where he highlights a robust framework based on industry best practices, focusing on scalability, security, and operational efficiency
