CloudExtend has maintained a strong presence in NetSuite integrations, building solutions that connect Outlook, Google Workspace, and Excel to NetSuite. Every solution is painstakingly designed to integrate with NetSuite right from where users already work for the majority of their days: email and Excel. Each integration also leverages Celigo’s core iPaaS product, integrator.io, to reduce development efforts.
CloudExtend’s email applications help facilitate the NetSuite CRM as the single source of truth it is intended to be. Users can automatically save emails, files, and events to NetSuite records from their Outlook or Gmail inbox. They can also create and edit NetSuite records without leaving the inbox. Additionally, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Google Drive files can be integrated with NetSuite to save on storage costs.
After successfully releasing their NextGen email integration solutions, CloudExtend turned the focus back to Excel. On average, an employee will spend 38% of their day working in a spreadsheet. On the data management side, CloudExtend Excel works to connect dynamic data in NetSuite with Excel, bypassing the need for CSV imports and exports and drastically speeding up write-back processes: Users can create, edit, and delete NetSuite data quickly, right from within Excel. What could business productivity look like if an organization was able to connect, for example, reporting data from all their social accounts to Excel and refresh all of it on a schedule or with a single click? Thus, in 2023, the engineering teams began investigating deeper into Microsoft 365 to build the capabilities to let users connect Excel to dozens of data sources. From there, users could leverage Excel or Power BI to further analyze data, even connecting data sources by common key fields like a campaign ID.
