The film's principal photography took place in Hyderabad, and has been produced under the brand of Sri Gayathri Entertainments. Karthik Raju will be featured in the lead role as the male lead alongside Priyanka Kd. Priyanka Kd's debut film, 'I Hate You,' deals with the life of her character, Natasha, a 22-year-old young hyper model married to an older Rich billionaire named Roy. The film is about her life and the events that occur after she meets Karthik Raju (Rajeev). According to the crew of I Hate You, the release date has not yet been finalised but they are working on it and will make an announcement shortly. The team has confirmed that the film will be released in theatres and is in talks with exhibitors and distributors to ensure a wide release.
