Why Jayden Rembacher Advocates Living Life on Your Own Terms

Jayden Rembacher

To live life on your own terms is a tempting prospect, but one that can go either way if not dealt with carefully. For the 21-year-old entrepreneur and bitcoin enthusiast Jayden Rembacher, being your own boss is as enticing as it is a matter of conscientiousness. Here, he lists three reasons to choose self-employment over a mundane, thankless 9-to-5.

Save time

Hierarchy is an order of nature. We may scoff at it, but there’s no denying its presence in society. While our reasons for getting all puckered up about it might be naive, there’s no dearth of reasons why it has become a menace. Jayden Rembacher says, “Our mindset can be so bureaucratic. Everyone likes to pass the buck. Such attitudes consume all the time and energy that one should rather spend on work or self-development. Fortunately, one can overcome this hurdle when you are your own boss. With decisions of all sizes resting on your shoulders, you can do away with wasting precious time.”

Become skillful

A 9-to-5 limits your potential and forces you to stick to what’s listed on your resume. And with time and coercion, it slowly eats away all your enthusiasm to try something new. The repetitive nature of the work burdens your mind until boredom threatens, and you begin to feel burnt out. “However, this fate can be avoided as well by choosing self-employment,” believes Jayden Rembacher, who adds, “An entrepreneur can get tired, fatigued, or stressed, but never bored. There’s always something that needs to be done, and often, it’s never the same thing. It challenges your wit, and in doing so, expands it. This process of growth and learning new skills is exhilarating.”

Learn responsibility

For Jayden Rembacher, being responsible is a great way to ensure quality output. “When you are the decision-maker,” he says, “you learn to become responsible. That attitude becomes the culture of your team and pays well in the long run.”

As more and more people choose the less-traveled path of entrepreneurship, Jayden Rembacher’s insights will undoubtedly add fuel to their flight.
