When Shaju was pursuing a Bachelor in Business Administration or BBA course, his batchmates were thinking about the jobs they would be taking up after graduating from college. Shaju, however, had made up his mind to become an entrepreneur. This thought was driven by his interest in digital marketing and his belief that he could contribute something valuable to this category and make a difference. At the age of 21, he launched his company WebEye Ads which, soon enough, became a big brand in the digital marketing space.



Discussing his journey so far, he says, “Most people do a job for a couple of years, gain some experience and then, start their journey as an entrepreneur. I decided to take the path less trodden and put together a company as soon as I finished my education. Since I had many ideas in my head that could potentially give a new direction to digital marketing in India, I decided not to wait and built a company from scratch. There were many risks involved in the process but I am glad my hard work and conviction paid off in the long run.”


While becoming the youngest entrepreneur in India to launch a digital marketing agency was a moment worth celebrating, Shaju added another feather to his hat by making a massive success story out of it. Today, WebEye Ads has made a name for itself as one of the leading digital marketing agencies in India. Apart from dealing with a large number of clients in India, the company also caters to the digital marketing needs of international businesses.

“We are often told to wait for the right time. While that is true, we should not spend years waiting to start something. If you think you have a unique idea that could be a disruptor or bring about a positive change in a particular sector, you work towards executing it immediately. If you wait for too long, somebody else might do that before you. To be a change-maker, you have to be courageous and start early in life. Your journey begins as soon as you take the first steps towards your destination”, states Shaju.

Shaju firmly believes that in today’s globalized world, one can make a huge difference even if one is based in a small town, village or any remote corner of the world. According to him, one should work towards creating innovative ideas and make sincere efforts to bring them to life in the most effective manner. The young entrepreneur has disrupted the digital marketing space and has paved the way for many youngsters to be a part of the digital revolution and make a career for themselves in this space.
