Gaurav Malhotra: Certainly. "Panna” has been named after our Great Grandfather “SHAH PANNA JI” who was born in Lahore Pre Independence India.

Gaurav Malhotra: PANNA isn’t simply a brand; it's a generational pledge to the art of heritage weaving, with a legacy that reaches back more than125 years. The business is currently being operated by the Sixth generation & to add it still works on its same values & principles of keeping the traditional legacy alive. We are ardently passionate on team building for accomplishing humongous future goals & ceaselessly designing our plans & ideas for taking the organization to different stature & elevations.
Starting a business must have had its challenges. Can you share any initial struggles or hardships you had to overcome?
Gaurav Malhotra: Like any journey worth embarking upon, PANNA Group faced their fair share of challenges. The Group witnessed very onerous & testing times In August, 1947, the subcontinent was partitioned into two independent nation states, there began one of the greatest migrations in human history & subsequent to such an event the group had to Re-establish their enterprise & has confronted challenges like Sourcing finest quality products, organizing finest of skilled artisans and standing out in a competitive market were all hurdles that we overcame only due to sheer determination and our commitment to excellence . With years passing by, the group witnessed all shades & situations where the family carried on this ages old Legacy with utmost grace & dignity.
