Did the desire to be a model rooted in childhood?
Yes, can say! Since I passed my 12th from SSM Budhwari, Korba, Chhattisgarh, I always dreamt to stand at my feet and build a career of my own choice and interest. My parents always desired a government job for me as my father was a government employee. But I found my dreams much big than just joining a regular job. I started my social media content curation soon after college and also strived to fulfill my parent’s dream today, I am both a government teacher and an influencer, Content creator.
Could you walk us through the stages of your life?
So, I would say, my life was not full of riddles but was not easy as well. When I decided to work on my social media, I was just like a blank piece of paper and nobody supported me except my parents, they always motivated me to gear up my work and keep hardworking. I was multitasking while working as a Headmistress in the Government School in Chhattisgarh and creating a buzz on social media.
I started by making short lip-syncing videos on TikTok. In the starting, I used to get very less views and after some time my videos got viral, and I started becoming popular. It was a peek for me and in 2020 TikTok was banned, but that was not the pause, Instagram made it easy, and we are here!
What are your plans for your dream career?
It is not always us, who play a vital role in our contribution towards our life journey. With time, I realized that there is still a lot to do to fulfill my dreams and I started collaborating for music songs and albums as well. I have successfully curated album songs now the next aim is to work with celebrities in Bollywood. But, as we have many plans, destiny also has plans for us, so let's see where it intersects. Hoping for the best!
Any advice you would like to give to budding social media influencers?
I would like to mention that any of your ideal influencers can be your role model to follow the path toward your aim. But always be original and specific and dedicated to your work. Don’t copy someone’s content as authenticity will lead your way to success & fame.
