Mb001_sc logs in to the dark web every day and watches for "uncommon activity." If he finds something disturbing, he tries to stop it. "I would try to find a loophole in the popular game Clash of Clans as a kid, and this is when I found out that it was amazing," he says. "There are some really stupid things on the deep internet that should not be there. I try in my best capacity to stop them."
So far, Mb001_sc has found much success with the deep web's notorious red rooms. "I closed a lot of these red rooms. Some of them are still left. It is challenging, but I am on the lookout for these regularly, he says."
This teenager who has finally brought some vigilance to this dark area of the internet is also helping companies fix their issues. "I find the people, and I try to stop them, and I do this by eliminating their whole gang. I even helped a Europe-based company identify significant security threats and helped them fix them.
Charging companies and teaching people about security are two ways through which Mb001_sc makes money to pay for all the time he spends on the deep internet to shut down illicit operations. Mb001_sc success as a young expert has led many companies to trust him with his skills, as he's a threat to those who commit fraudulent behavior on the platform.
Mb001_sc has already achieved so much, but there's more that he wants to do. "I am thinking about making my work more legal," he says.
As someone who cares so passionately about having some ethical code for the deep internet, Mb001_sc is a force that is hard to resist. He might be successful now, but he well remembers the reason why he tries to make sure that he's always up to the task — almost like a messiah to those troubled by deep web security and privacy threats. "My dad told me to never work on a job that hurts others," he says, adding that that was one of the reasons why he wanted to make sure that not many get hurt in dark web schemes.
