Q1. In light of Gurugram's status as a thriving hub, what was the underlying goal behind the launch of Reflex Bar Brewery and Dining in 2023, and how have you positioned the establishment for 2024 and beyond?
We decided to venture into the bar and brewery industry in Gurugram by launching Reflex Bar and Brewery and Dining in the month of September 2022. Reflex has been introduced in the rapidly expanding Gurugram market in an effort to appeal to the uber-luxe population that values luxury, urban millennials, and high-net-worth individuals looking for an exclusive, elite, and style-conscious hangout spot. Reflex provides euphonic vibes, tailored music, and an in-house DJ that caters to the urban audience in Gurugram. The mouthwatering food menu, as well as specialty drinks including mocktails and cocktails, beers, and wine, are available to customers.
Q2. What sets Reflex Bar Brewery and Dining apart from competitors in terms of its culinary offerings and beverage selection, and how do you plan to further enhance these aspects for the year ahead?
The euphonic ambience at Reflex Bar Brewery and Dining is well renowned. The idea behind this lifestyle club is to provide its patrons with life-changing party experiences. The brewery's decor and ambiance are designed to be luxurious, and a 15-foot-tall LED screen and a 30-foot-high ceiling with royal chandeliers contribute to this. One of India's most renowned and finest mixologists, Yangdup Lama, has curated drinks and signature cocktails here, along with great dining and exciting entertainment.
Every party needs music, and Reflex offers personalized music that covers Latin, pop, jazz, and rock in addition to English. Additionally, Reflex has an in-house DJ who uplifts the party for all of its party lovers. The menu is designed to appeal to a variety of tastes and offers dishes from several different cuisines, including Middle Eastern, European, Indian, Japanese, Mexican, Oriental and Mughlai.
Signature beers offered at Reflex Brewery are available on tap, including malty brown lager, German wheat beer, wheat-based ale, Belgian-style ale and Cyro Citra IPA. The standard was established by a talented mixologist for vibrant drinks crafted with eye-catching flavors and ingredients. Delicious food and a positive atmosphere at Reflex make the restaurant vibrant. Reflex's distinctive menu, which includes mouthwatering dishes like hand-rolled pasta and wood-fired pizza as well as French refinement like warm breads, and sushi's in the Japanese section helps Reflex stand out from the competition.

At Reflex Bar Brewery and Dining one can avail the Happy Hours throughout the week from Monday till Thursday. Every Wednesday night, Reflex hosts Ladies Night, where their girly gang can create memories. We host DJ and Pop Retro music evenings on the weekends to keep our customers amused from early evening to late at night.
Q4. Reflex Bar Brewery and Dining has hosted numerous themed nights and special events. Share insights into any particularly successful or unique themed nights that have taken place that helped you attract consumers?
Music being a highlight to every party, Reflex encompasses personalized music which not only includes English but also Latin, pop, jazz and rock. And to uplift the party, Reflex has an in-house DJ which sets the party mood right for all its party lovers. Reflex also collaborates with celebrity DJs to lure its patrons with the best nightlife. Recently, we collaborated with DJ Aqeel, an internationally popular Indian DJ and music composer. He took the stage on fire creating a musical fusion and magical dance floor taking the night to a different level. It was a night filled with joy, celebration, and camaraderie.
Reflex Bar Brewery and Dining hosts weekly events such as ladies night every Wednesday, Techno Sundowner on Saturdays, Electric Saturdays, DJ night with Mudit on Fridays. On Sundays, guests can enjoy a subtle evening listening to Pop Retro music with their friends and families. In the past Reflex also has hosted one-of-a-kind events to give its guests a unique experience and flavor of each season.
Q5. Share three party trends that you foresee in the upcoming festive season.
Post pandemic people have preferred to step out and party outdoors. Though house parties are quite common during the festive season such as hosting cards party at home. With the upcoming festive season outdoor parties and events have become increasingly popular.
Hosting gatherings in open-air settings, such as gardens, rooftops, or patios, allows for better ventilation. Many people enjoy alfresco dining and outdoor entertainment options, and this trend may be seen during the festive season.
Environmental sustainability remains a significant concern, and many people are now looking for eco-friendly party options. Sustainable choices in decor, catering, and party supplies, such as biodegradable tableware and reusable decorations, can be both trendy and environmentally responsible. Themed parties focused on sustainability, such as zero-waste or upcycling themes, may also gain popularity during the upcoming festive season.
Q6. What future plans and developments can we expect to see from Reflex Bar Brewery and Dining in the next 2-3 years?
In the next 2-3 years, at Reflex we hope to introduce various flavors in cocktails and beers, adding more mouthwatering food that truly matches our offerings. We also would be hosting more musical events in the near future.
