Five well-known restaurants operated by her company are Eve, Donna Deli, Blah, Demy and Shy. The business was launched by her during the pandemic, and thanks to her perseverance and commitment, it is flourishing.
Nikita Harisighani graduated with a master's degree from Mumbai's KC College and subsequently founded the Chrome Entertainment firm. With her first business, Nikita assisted with luxury IPs for well-known brands such as Femina, Grazia, Radio Mirchi, and many more. Nikita took a break from her luxury IPs company after six years. She co-founded Chrome Hospitality with her business partner, which has grown into one of India's leading millennial-led food and beverage businesses.
Along with running restaurants, Nikita's Chrome Hospitality also helps in consultation with other Indian restaurants. She reveals, "We also consult luxury restaurants PAN INDIA all the way from set-up to success. We've consulted over 50 restaurants over the last few years."
The entrepreneur shares, "I've always had a soft spot for the restaurant business, but it wasn't until the pandemic that I started to actively lean in that direction. Luxury IPs that we produced across the nation for companies like Femina & Grazia were intimately associated with my company Chrome Entertainment. I was aware that large-scale events with thousands of attendees would be absent for a long time when the pandemic hit. That's when I made the decision to change things up and co-founded Chrome Hospitality with my business partners."
She adds, "Since then, the two of us have launched five restaurants in Mumbai. Within the following six months, we intend to open 2 additional restaurants in Mumbai and 1 additional boutique hotel in Goa."
