Chaitanya Sharma highlights how working for the youth today is of utmost importance in the country.

A closer look around us will let us know how things have moved up the ladder of success for various industries around the world. This is definitely a surreal sight to behold, looking at how the youth have come forward to make a positive difference in multiple industries through their relentless drive, passion, and efforts, giving their best in their work. "These youngsters need to be encouraged in the right direction and must be supported every step of the way," suggests Chaitanya Sharma, who proudly serves as a District Councillor in the Una district of Gagret, Himachal Pradesh, and is contesting for the upcoming Vidhan Sabha elections from Gagret Vidhan Sabha.

Chaitanya Sharma, who has always been at the forefront of the developments that have been made in the district and in the region of Himachal Pradesh, is a young politician himself and thus understands how essential it is for countries to focus more on their youth, who have the power, tenacity, and zealousness to go ahead in doing great things for their nations. This motivation helped him start his own youth organization named "Yuva Shakti Parakram," under which so many initiatives have been developed and put into action.

To help the youth up their skills and talents, he has been guiding them in the right direction, and hence, through a skill training center, he and his organization have been helping the youth to make brighter careers for themselves. So far, they have trained over 100 youngsters and helped them gain employment. He highlights that more and more such organizations should be developed that must not only help the youth gain employment but work towards making them "Atmanirbhar."

Chaitanya Sharma (@iam_chaitanyas) is now looking forward to winning the upcoming Vidhan Sabha elections and opening many more gates of opportunities for the youth to help them gain greater career prospects and opportunities in the business world as well.
