In terms of looks, the Tigor has Tata Motors’ Impact design language. However, when compared to the Tiago, there are subtle differences. The Tigor gets a dual-tone front bumper, a revamped honeycomb grille design with chrome-garnished bottom lip that neatly stretches all the way into the headlight enclosures, which feature smoked projector lamps and a dual-barrel layout. At the back, the Tigor gets LED-powered taillights and an LED stop lamp placed above the rear windscreen. While the petrol-powered top-spec variant gets 15-inch alloy wheels, its diesel counterpart makes do with the same 14-inch ones as the Tiago.

The Tigor comes loaded with class-leading features. It boasts a 5.0-inch Harman-engineered touchscreen infotainment tech which is paired with an eight-speaker (4 speakers + 4 tweeters) sound system. The infotainment display acts as the monitor for the reverse camera, supports video playback, has voice command recognition, GPS navigation via NaviMaps App and SMS readout functionality. Other features include dual 12V charging ports and a rear armrest with integrated cupholders. The most astonishing feature of the Tigor is its boot space. At 419 litres, it isn’t just bigger than that of the Tiago’s, it is actually more commodious than the one in the Hyundai Creta!
