Six months ago, Sunny Leone had her heart pinned on a young girl from a Latur orphanage, who she, along with husband Daniel Weber, brought home to raise as their daughter. Even though the actor-mother has had her hands full with work commitments, she calls her role as Nisha's parent, "the most beautiful feeling in the world". In an interview to mid-day, Leone says she's constantly striving to create a healthy work-life balance. "I have seen many parents maintain a balance. It is harder in my case, because every day is different. But, once you become a parent, you automatically start strategising your schedule."

When the mother must be away, the 21-month-old visits her on set. "I have been able to spend my mornings with her before heading to shoot. We allow Nisha on the set sometimes. She mingles with people at lunch, and then heads home. Looking at your child is the most beautiful feeling in the world. This is the best phase of my life."
