A 24-year-old sweeper at a BMC school was arrested by the JJ Marg police for raping an 11-year-old student repeatedly over two months. The survivor said he would threaten her and rape her in the school toilets.

The crime came to light on Wednesday night, when she complained of pain and bleeding from her private parts. The girl is an orphan and lives with her aunt, to whom she revealed all that had taken place across the past couple of months.
Late that night, her relatives and neighbours gathered in a huge mob and went to the JJ Marg police station to file a complaint, and the cops immediately arrested the accused, Subhash Kohli. Meanwhile, the survivor has been admitted in JJ Hospital.
