The weekend will feature sessions by yoga teacher and neuropathy healer Jehangir Palkivala, and Kundalini Yoga guru and founder of Anahata Retreats, Bijay Anand. “This is an opportunity to spend three days with one of the best teachers we have in India. The retreat is a great place to meet beautiful souls and create deep bonds with others seeking inner peace,” says Anand.

Participants will also get the chance to ask questions and seek answers for their many health and wellness issues. And, the food and drinks served will be made using fresh ingredients and keeping in mind the yoga philosophy.
