Here is how to use ginger and honey for weight loss
Crush a small piece of ginger and extract around one teaspoon of juice from it. Add one teaspoon of honey to the ginger juice and blend well. Consume the mixture every day for best results. However, it is advisable to have the mixture once in the morning after you wake up and once at night before dozing off. Since it is a home remedy, it might take time to see the result.
