Ali Asgar has shed the garb of Naani after the Kapil Sharma-Sunil Grover fall-out. He has kept away from the sets of the comedy show, along with other co-acts, after Kapil allegedly assaulted Sunil.

Now, it appears that Ali has moved on for good. On Thursday, he began shooting for Trideviyaan. Ali plays a criminal disguised as a tribal woman in the comedy thriller.
