Actor Salman Khan, today made an appearance in the sessions court in Mumbai, along with his manager Reshma Shetty, who furnished Khan's surety bond in the 2002 hit-and-run-case.

The Bombay High Court, on May 8, granted relief to the Bollywood superstar by suspending his five-year jail term and granting him bail. Justice A M Thipsay gave bail to Salman on condition that he surrender his passport and take permission from the same court whenever he has to travel abroad.

The actor appeared before the trial court on the same day and furnished a fresh bail bond of Rs 30,000. The court directed him to furnish personal surety within two weeks.
