PM Modi flags off heritage train in Guj

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday flagged off a heritage train from Ekta Nagar in Kevadia to Ahmedabad on National Unity Day.
It is the first heritage train of Gujarat which will facilitiate travel of passengers or tourists visiting Statue of Unity from Ahmedabad.
Senior Railway official told media that the train was launched to make people`s journey to Statue of Unity more memorable.
Sumit Thakur, Chief PRO of Western Railway said it will be an added attraction for tourists visiting the Iron Man of India`s statue at Kevadia.
The train`s theme is based on steam locomotives; it has air-conditioned chair car coaches & the dedicated restaurant provides fine dining experience
