MVA candidates visit NESCO centre

MVA candidates Amol Kirtikar & Varsha Gaikwad visited NESCO Centre in Goregaon where counting for Mumbai Lok Sabha Election Results 2024 is underway.
Kirtikar & Gaikwad, leading by a margin, were all smiles and showed victory sign ahead of the announcement of Mumbai Lok Sabha Election Results 2024.
Amol Kirtikar contesting from Mumbai North is leading by a tight margin of 3011 votes; he`s been fielded against Ravindra Waikar.
Meanwhile, Gaikwad, contesting from Mumbai North Central is leading with 16, 973 votes as per the Mumbai Lok Sabha Election Results 2024 data.
Gaikwad was directly contesting against BJP`s candidate Ujjwal Nikam, a high-profile prosecutor who has represented the government in Ajmal Kasab case.
The counting of votes for Maharashtra`s 48 Lok Sabha seats began at 8 am with postal ballots being counted first.
In total, 5,70,06,778 voters out of 9,29,43,890 exercised their right to vote in the five phases of Lok Sabha Elections 2024.
