The cold in the national capital may be in its last legs but up north in Jammu and Kashmir, an icy chill prevailed on Friday

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) predicted heavy rain and snowfall (between 64.5 to 115.5 mm) over Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh over two days

The IMD also predicted heavy to very heavy rain/snowfall (115.6 to 204.4 mm) on February 19.
