PetKonnect app is now running a 24x7 helpline to assist pet parents during the lockdown, along with on-the-spot treatment for strays and pets, and ambulance taxis run by various agencies. PetKonnect allows users to access a blood donation service, which connects pet parents with potential blood donors for their pets.

India's first tele-medicine platform, DrPetsApp is dedicated to animal healthcare. It enables pet parents and cattle owners to consult with veterinary doctors online. You can ask questions about your pet's health, nutrition and behaviour, and obtain trusted answers from verified veterinarians and pet experts. On the app, you are asked to pay a one-time consultation fee after which a veterinarian is assigned to you based on your pet's breed and requirement. You can start a chat or share images, videos and lab reports with your doctor. The consultation window stays open for the next three days.
